Wanda Eriksen has ten years of experience as a professional board member and in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, auditing and risk management. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority, a Board member of AXA Switzerland, where she chairs the Audit Committee, and a Board member of J.P. Morgan SE (Frankfurt), where she chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Risk Committee. Her other functions include: President of Serata Foundation for Old Age, Member of the Board of Directors of Aquila AG, AXA-ARAG Rechtsschutz and Catlin Re Switzerland.
Wanda Eriksen was a partner at PwC, where she worked from 1990 to 2011. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant and US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is married and has four daughters.
