Wanda Eriksen has ten years' experience as a professional board member and a sound knowledge of corporate governance, auditing and risk management. She is Chairman of the Board of the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority, a member of the Board of AXA Switzerland, where she chairs the Audit Committee, and a member of the Board of J.P. Morgan Germany, where she chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Risk Committee. Her other functions include Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Arnold AG, Vice-Chairwoman of the Serata Foundation for Old Age and member of the Board of Directors of Aquila AG, AXA-ARAG Rechtsschutz and Catlin Re Switzerland.
Wanda Eriksen was a partner at PwC, where she worked from 1990 to 2011. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant and US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is married and has four daughters.
