Valentin Vogt held various management positions at Sulzer in the production area from 1984 to 2002. He is co-owner, CEO and Chair of Burckhardt Compression Holding AG (since 2002); Chair of the Swiss Employers' Association (since 2011), Chair of Kistler Holding AG (since 2019, member since 2011), Director of Bucher Industries AG (since 2014) and Ernst Göhner Beteiligungen AG (since 2011).
As president of the non-profit association "Check Your Chance", he is committed to combating youth unemployment in Switzerland (since 2015).
