Cornelia Gehrig is an experienced, independent board member who currently holds mandates a.o. at SKAN, Infors, Bank Cler, Ernst Schweizer. Since May 2023, as Vice Chair she has taken over the management of the business of the Board of Directors of SKAN. She has a successful track record as Group CFO of international companies. In 2021, she set up her own consultancy firm, advising companies in strategic projects (IPOs, M&A, transformation, growth, turnaround) and doing coaching of start-ups.
