Claudia Suessmuth Dyckerhoff received her PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Organization and Operational Excellence from the University of St. Gallen and the University of Michigan Ann Arbor (USA) and is an MBA graduate of ESADE/CEMS. She started her career in 1995 at McKinsey & Company where she built up the Health Systems and Services division in Asia. In 2016 she was elected to the Board of Directors of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG and Clariant AG. Since 2018 she has also been on the Board of Directors of Ramsay Health Care in Australia.

Claudia Suessmuth Dyckerhoff moved with her family to China at an early stage of her career. She has the ability to build bridges between people and cultures and uses this as a board member.

As Chair of the Board of Directors, she would ensure that the chemistry and diversity of the Board of Directors is right. As a starting point, she relies on the skills matrix. In addition, she would focus more on those issues where there is a real need for action. To this end, it would activate all the competencies on the Board of Directors to address these challenges.
