Dr. Barbara Rigassi, who holds a doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen, has extensive experience in management positions in the public and private sectors. For more than 20 years, she has held directorships in various industries and foundations, such as Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG (insurance) and the Swiss Federal Social Security Fund. She also serves on boards of directors in the healthcare and utilities sectors.
She is managing partner of BHP - Brugger and Partner AG, a Zurich-based consulting boutique specializing in the area of strategic corporate social responsibility. A committed advocate for greater diversity at board level, she has committed herself to actively contribute to increasing the participation of women on boards of directors and was the first to found GetDiversity, a specialist company for the search for female board members in Switzerland.
