Anne Bobillier graduated from the University of Geneva with a degree in computer science and information technology and later completed various management training courses during her professional career. Since 1988, she has held management positions in the IT industry at various well-known companies, including IBM. Anne Bobillier was Managing Director at Bechtle Suisse Romande until the end of 2018 and then Corporate Project Manager at Bechtle Holding Schweiz AG until the end of 2021. 

In 2014, Anne Bobillier became the first woman to be elected to the Board of Directors of skyguide, where she also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board. In 2016, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of Romande Energie Holding, where she chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and also acts as Vice-Chairwoman of the Board. Since 2020, Anne Bobillier has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Rolex SA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of skyguide's SkySoft-ATM subsidiary, a member of the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie France Suisse and a member of the Board of SwissBoardForum. 

As a board member, Anne Bobillier's primary challenge is to understand a company and its often complex field of activity as quickly as possible. In the role of a board member, Anne Bobillier always wants to be able to address issues and express her thoughts freely. Great intellectual honesty is essential and central to her.
