Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen holds a PhD in law from the University of Fribourg, a Master of Law and a Master of Arts in philosophy.
She is Of Counsel in a Geneva business law firm and Professor at the University of Geneva, School of Economics and Management, where she represents in particular corporate law. She is President of the Swiss Board Institute, member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss Institute of Directors, member of the Board of Directors of the Baloise Group, member of the Board of Directors of Santander Bank International and member of the Board of Directors of Ina Invest Holding.
Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is the author and co-author of numerous publications, in particular the textbook Le Conseil d'administration. She is married and mother of two children.
